EMiLY LOW | Non-Executive Director
Emily Low joined the Board in July 2022. She currently works as an Analyst at Social Ventures Australia. Emily brings experience in NFP consulting, especially outcomes management and Social Return on Investment projects. She holds first-class joint Honours in Mathematics & Statistics and Philosophy from the University of Western Australia, and previously volunteered with Ignite Mentoring as an Executive Member, TLG, and Fair Game.
LUCY WANG | Non-executive Director
Lucy joined the Board as a director in January 2023. She currently works as a Business Analyst at Velrada. Lucy brings expertise in digital strategy and implementation, solution design and requirements solicitation. She also holds a Masters in Professional Engineering (Electrical and Electronic) and Bachelor of Science from the University of Western Australia. Lucy previously served as WAUC's Chief Executive Officer.
Jasper hunt | Non-executive Director
Jasper joined the board as a Director in November 2020. He currently works as an Associate at Boston Consulting Group, and previously worked as a Consultant at Visagio. Jasper brings experience in digital systems, advanced analytics and technology implementation. He also holds a Masters of Professional Engineering and Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Western Australia, and previously served as WAUC’s Volunteers Manager.
brodie stephenson | Non-executive Director
Brodie joined the board as a Director in January 2021. He currently works as an Investment Banking Analyst at Bank of America. Brodie brings experience in corporate finance, M&A and data analysis. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance and Software Engineering from the University of Western Australia and previously served as WAUC's Chief Financial Officer.
Julian Sanders | Non-executive Director
Julian joined the board as a Director in November 2021. He currently works as a Solicitor at Herbert Smith Freehills. Julian brings experience in corporate law and commercial dispute resolution, whilst also serving as a non-executive director for the WA Justice Association. He holds a Juris Doctor and Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Western Australia, and was admitted to the Supreme Court of Western Australia in 2022. Julian also previously served as WAUC’s Chief Executive Officer.
Angus Macleod | Non-executive Director
Angus joined the board as a Director in February 2022. He currently works as a consultant with Nous Group. Angus brings experience in corporate finance, data analytics, and strategic design. He holds a Masters of Business Analytics and Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia, and previously served as WAUC’s Chief Financial Officer.
clea sanders | Non-executive Director
Clea joined the board as a director in February 2022. She currently works as an Associate Consultant at Bain & Company. Clea brings experience in applied economic research, project evaluation, and public policy. She holds a Bachelor of Philosophy (Honours) degree in Political Science and French from the University of Western Australia, and previously served as WAUC's Volunteers Manager.
Cate Leedman | Non-executive Director
Cate joined the board as a Director in February 2023. She currently works as the Development Director at Teach Learn Grow (TLG), and previously at the Harry Perkins Institute of Medical Research. Cate brings experience in NFP management, communications and business development. She holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Western Australia, and was admitted to the Supreme Court of Western Australia in 2015.
SUZANNE HIGGINS | NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Suzanne currently works as the Executive Manager Corporate Services (CFO) at Sexual Health Quarters, a non-profit health organisation. She has over 20 years’ experience in the NFP industry, including strategy, risk, stakeholder engagement, technology, finance, human resources and project management. Suzanne holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting and Business Law) from Curtin University and is a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA).
